As a graduate of the Human Factors in Information Design program at Bentley University I am pursuing a career in UX. After 8 years working in technology security and risk management, I have chosen to pursue UX due to my interests in technology development, design, and psychology. I am passionate about understanding the wants and needs of users and creating products that are influenced by users’ unique journeys. In addition to my degree in Human Factors, and my UX Design experience at Red Hat, I possess valuable skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Developers, and research and presenting of complex data to customers and executives from my prior work experiences.
